Chapel of the Holy Cross, Saint Francis, Pope Francis Connections
In 2013 Pope Benedict XVI shocked the world on February 11 when he suddenly announced that he would retire on February 28 due to deteriorating health. There had not been a papal resignation since 1415 when Gregory XII stepped aside as part of a controversial arrangement to end the Great Western Schism among competing papal claimants. Benedict became the first Pope in history to resign due to health reasons. The Pope’s resignation created a sensation among Bible prophecy buffs because of a widespread belief that he would be the next-to-the-last Pope. This belief is grounded in what is called “The Prophecy of the Popes.”
The Prophecy of the Popes is a document consisting of 112 short, cryptic phrases in Latin, which claims to predict all the Popes that would succeed Pope Celestine II who died in 1144. The document became public in 1595 when a Catholic priest by the name of Arnold de Wyon published a history of the Benedictine Order. He attributed the prophecies to an Irish priest, Saint Malachy, who served as an Archbishop in the 12th Century. For centuries, church and prophecy scholars have studied the predictions of St. Malachy who was known for accurately predicting events during his own lifetime and for countless miraculous healings; including the son of King David in 1140. Nevertheless; St. Malachy also reportedly received a heavenly vision, the church calls a “personal revelation,” that identified the next 112 popes would lead the Catholic church before the end of time. The list vanished for hundreds of years, and many think it’s fake or forged. The church doesn’t endorse it and says the Latin phrases are often obscure. But true believers claim the prophecies are 85 to 95% accurate.
According to the traditional account, Malachy was summoned to Rome in 1139 by Pope Innocent II, and while he was there, he supposedly received a vision of future Popes. The manuscript was deposited in the Vatican Archives and forgotten about until its rediscovery in 1590, just in time for a papal conclave that was in session at the time.
The “prophecies” list 112 Popes that will serve from the time of Pope Urban VII who died in 1590, the first being Pope Gregory XIV whose papacy lasted for only one year. The last Pope in the list is referred to as “Peter the Roman.” And it is stated that he will reign among “many tribulations” leading up to the destruction of Rome. The heavenly vision of St. Malachy has thrilled and dismayed readers for centuries. He has stated there would be only one more Pope after Benedict, and during his reign comes the end of the world. So according to this prophecy, Francis could be the last Pope before Armageddon. As a result of Pope Benedict’s resignation Pope Francis born Jorge Mario Bergoglio becomes the 266th and current Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, a title he holds ex officio as Bishop of Rome, and sovereign of Vatican City. He chose Francis as his papal name in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi.
Saint Francis of Assisi communes with Angels
At the Sedona Chapel of the Holy Cross just before you enter the chapel itself is a very odd and remarkable shrine dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi ironically resembling either an Angel or an Alien perhaps both which to some are one and the same. (See above image)
Now here’s where things start to get a little interesting. On record, we find it mentioned in Italy that on September 12, 1224, Brother Leo saw a ball of light suspended above Saint Francis of Assisi of which a revealing conversation was said to be taking place. [3
Saint Francis of Assisi in Ecstasy (or The Ecstasy of Saint Francis) is a painting by the Italian Baroque master Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. It is held in the Wadsworth Atheneum, Hartford, Connecticut. (See above image)
Finding artists throughout the ages who have painted immaculate artwork to honor the Saint is fantastic to say the least for its sake alone and no doubt goes to establish there may be something to all of these legendary tales after all.
Saint Francis of Assisi Prophecy
Since it is found on record St. Francis communed with balls of light termed Angels which then, in turn, it would seem led the mystic to his ability to prophesize then one must perhaps take the time and pay a little more attention to some of the things set forth from having been in contact with the divine. Of particular interest was one such St. Francis foreseeing the event called the “Prophecy of the Final Pope.”
While we ought not to seek after prophecies, special revelations or apparitions, nor make them the basis for our theological position, we share this prophecy with our readers in order to reassure them that our times, though extraordinary, have been foreknown and foretold in various ways by various Catholic authorities. Nevertheless; shortly before he died in 1226, St. Francis of Assisi called together the members of his order and warned them of great tribulations that would befall the Church in the future, saying:
“Act bravely, my Brethren; take courage, and trust in the Lord. The time is fast approaching in which there will be great trials and afflictions; perplexities and dissensions, both spiritual and temporal, will abound; the charity of many will grow cold, and the malice of the wicked will increase.
The devil’s will have unusual power, the immaculate purity of our Order, and of others, will be so much obscured that there will be very few Christians who will obey the true Sovereign Pontiff and the Roman Church with loyal hearts and perfect charity. At the time of this tribulation a man, not canonically elected, will be raised to the Pontificate, who, by his cunning, will endeavour to draw many into error and death.
Then scandals will be multiplied, our Order will be divided, and many others will be entirely destroyed, because they will consent to error instead of opposing it.
There will be such diversity of opinions and schisms among the people, the religious and the clergy, that, except those days were shortened, according to the words of the Gospel, even the elect would be led into error, were they not specially guided, amid such great confusion, by the immense mercy of God.
Then our Rule and manner of life will be violently opposed by some, and terrible trials will come upon us. Those who are found faithful will receive the crown of life; but woe to those who, trusting solely in their Order, shall fall into tepidity, for they will not be able to support the temptations permitted for the proving of the elect.
Those who preserve their fervor and adhere to virtue with love and zeal for the truth, will suffer injuries and, persecutions as rebels and schismatics; for their persecutors, urged on by the evil spirits, will say they are rendering a great service to God by destroying such pestilent men from the face of the earth. But the Lord will be the refuge of the afflicted, and will save all who trust in Him. And in order to be like their Head [Jesus Christ], these, the elect, will act with confidence, and by their death will purchase for themselves eternal life; choosing to obey God rather than man, they will fear nothing, and they will prefer to perish [physically] rather than consent to falsehood and perfidy.
Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it under foot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor, but a destroyer.”
The Vatican’s L.U.C.I.F.E.R Device
In 1984, the University of Arizona and the Vatican selected Mount Graham as a site for a complex of telescopes. The fact that this is a sacred place for the Apache was not taken into consideration which would ultimately be the start of “The Long, Bitter Battle over Mount Graham.”
For many Native American nations, there are certain geographic places which have special spiritual meanings. These sacred places are often portals to the spirit worlds. For the Apache in Arizona, one of these sacred places is Mount Graham which is said to be one of the most holiest places in the world because of the gateways and portals found there.
The telescopes sit on land which has been leased from the Forest Service and the lease must be regularly renewed. Efforts by American Indian people and various environmental groups have so far been unsuccessful in convincing the Forest Service to deny the renewal of the leases.
“L.U.C.I.F.E.R., which stands for “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research,” is a chilled instrument attached to a telescope in Arizona. And yes, it’s named for the Devil, whose name itself means “morning star” [and which] happens to be right next to the Vatican Observatory on Mt. Graham in Tucson.” — Rebecca Boyle, Popular Science Magazine
Going further into the mystery is the connection between the Vatican’s L.U.C.I.F.E.R. device on top of Mt. Graham and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Both establishments are in fact owned and operated by the church of Rome itself under Pope Francis.
The Large Binocular Telescope, or LBT, perched atop the Mount Graham International Observatory contains an immensely powerful tool that allows humans to observe the faintest and most distant objects in the heavens. Such objects can be detected with the help of L.U.C.I.F.E.R. – a beastly set of super-cooled, near-infrared cameras also known as Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research.
L.U.C.I.F.E.R. and VATT are part of the Mount Graham International Observatory and are both operated by the Vatican Observatory, one of the oldest astronomical research institutions in the world, in partnership with The University of Arizona.
The obvious connections are perplexing. On one hand, we have one of the most powerful and advanced telescopes in the world peering up into the heavens – and on the other, we have the Chapel of the Holy Cross also pointing a cross up towards the heavens giving credit to the Vatican’s astonishing exo-theological plan for the arrival of an alien savior.
Cris Putnam and Tom Horn successfully predicted in their last book, the best-selling Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope is Here, that Pope Benedict would resign rather than die in office. They based their prediction on St Malachy’s, Prophecy of the Popes. According to Putnam and Horn, Francis is the final Pope, “Petrus Romanus”, who will oversee the dissolution of the Catholic Church as predicted in St Malachy’s prophecy, by announcing an extraterrestrial savior.
Putnam and Horn claim to have documented the research and evidence supporting their startling prediction in their new book, Exovaticano – advance orders of which have already rocketed it into Amazon’s best-seller lists for its April 15 release. On their website and in Exovaticano, they claim that the Catholic Church hierarchy plans to announce an extraterrestrial savior who will usher in a new world spiritual belief system that supplants traditional Christianity and organized religion. Putnam’s and Horn’s research is based on interviews with Catholic scholars and scientists who were willing to discuss the Prophecy of the Popes and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. Among the Catholic researchers interviewed is Dr. Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit and Vatican astronomer.
Guy Consolmagno, allegedly revealed documents showing that the Vatican believes “that we are soon to be visited by an alien savior from another world.” Consolmagno is a scientific advisor to the Pope Francis who advises him on all matters concerning astronomy – which includes the likelihood of a future discovery of extraterrestrial life.
Why has the Vatican taken what appears to be a carefully designed and deliberate course over the last few years is the greater mystery, but implies knowledge on their part of facts yet hidden to most of the world that may hold far-reaching and historic implications. It also illustrates how Rome has wittingly or unwittingly set itself up to become the agent of mass end-times deception regarding “salvation from above.” That’s because, historically, there exists a clear pattern wherein man’s psychological need of a savior is displayed during times of distress—a time like today—when people look skyward for divine intervention.
The Vatican is known for building churches over places of worship Not every time, but more often than not, you’ll find the presence of the Catholic church in some shape or form planting its flag of conquest over the top of holy sites to gain access to the depths therein. In the early days of the Vatican, it was the church’s desire to conquer all religions and plant the flag of the holy sea where ever the church of Rome went. The Vatican’s Modus operandi was to locate the area’s most holy site, take it over, plant the Vatican’s flag, and to build upon.
Timothy Alberino from Gen 6 Productions makes this connection specifically stating Church of Rome (Vatican) sites are known to be built directly top of places specifically known for being “Gates to the Underground.”
The Sedona Chapel of the Holy Cross is indeed proven all ready to have some “Heights” and now perhaps some possible “Depths.” Could we have just discovered another level to this legend of the Verde Valley? Could the church be built on top of some type of portal or doorway to the underground?
Pope Benedict became the first Pope in history to resign. He chose Francis as his papal name in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi.
Saint Francis of Assisi is on record having a conversation with Angels who in turn it seems gave birth to the mystic’s ability to prophesize the future foreseeing a well-documented event called the “Prophecy of the Final Pope” who will be a destroyer. The fact Pope Francis is well aware of the “The Prophecy of the Popes” who then names himself after a Saint who on record told of his foreseeing the last Pope in the “Prophecy of the Final Pope” is something to ponder upon indeed for inasmuch is a great mystery at work if such becomes reality.
As the world’s oldest running bureaucracy, the Vatican it seems is an amalgamation of secrets, vaults, and esoteric traditions dating back to the Dark Ages. Steeped in complexity and guarded by a procession of popes, Cardinals, and multi-leveled priests, it is obsessed with maintaining “the need to know” often containing subterranean secrets concealed beneath its many layers. Mayans, Assyrians, Egyptians, and Greeks held similar beliefs, while the Hopi Indians foresee times of great hardship when they will be preserved by the “power” of a blue star, far off and invisible, that suddenly makes its appearance in the heavens. Today, even factions of the New Age look for a techno-savior to arrive in the atmosphere in the nick of time to save mankind.
Although Jesus, Himself, is prophesied to appear in the clouds during an era of great earthly trials (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18), predominant among prophecy scholars is the idea that coupled with any heavenly appearing and concurrent salvation of believers from chaos will first be the materialization of a false Christ or “man of sin.” Where Hopi see a blue star and Vatican astronomers see their “space brothers” en route to guide us into the light, evangelical Christians understand the Antichrist will initially assume the role of a fabricated end-times Messiah who mimics the return of Christ with a false second coming that also happens to be attended by heavenly “signs and lying wonders” (2 Thessalonians 2:8–9)
In closing the facts remain evidently clear there are indeed some very interesting and noteworthy prophetic connections between Pope Francis and St Francis. Taking things even further adding more mystery to the puzzle is how the Vatican is also known to build its churches directly on top of places considered to be holy ground which more often than not are gateways or doorways to the above and below.
The best evidence pointing towards what’s really going on can be seen with the naked eye by simply looking at the Chapel of the Holy Cross itself at night when it's projecting the truth upwards to the heavens ever so brightly beaming a message, “The Verde Valley it would seem is also be waiting for something to arrive from above.”
